This site collects no personal information through forms, accounts or uploads. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to email us.

What we do not do
- We do not sell, share or trade personal information.
- We do not profile visitors or make automated decisions about them.
- We do not accept documents on this site, so no document content is processed here.
- We do not send marketing email. If you email us, we reply to that email and nothing more.
How long we keep email
We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to answer you and to keep a record of what was agreed. Ask us to delete it at any time and we will, unless a law requires us to keep it.
Your rights under POPIA
The Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA) gives you the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to its processing. Email hello@reliancecheck.com with the subject “Privacy request”. The PAIA Manual describes the formal access-request route. You may also complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa).
Cross-border transfer
Cloudflare serves the site from data centres around the world, so connection data may be processed outside South Africa under Cloudflare’s own safeguards. Email we receive is handled by our mail provider, which may also store it outside South Africa.
Changes
When this notice changes, the review date above changes with it. The custodian named above is responsible for keeping it accurate.
