Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of the public website at reliancecheck.com. They do not cover the private pilot, which runs under a separate written agreement with each participant.
1. What this site is for
The site explains the RelianceCheck service. It is information, not advice. Nothing on it is professional, legal, financial or technical advice, and nothing on it is a finding about any real document.
2. Illustrative content
The “Reliance lens” example and the other illustrations are written by RelianceCheck to show the shape of a finding. They are synthetic. They are not client data and not the output of a live run. Do not rely on them as a result.
3. No submissions
The site accepts no documents, accounts or payments. Do not attempt to send confidential material through it. If you email us, the Privacy Notice applies.
4. Intellectual property
The RelianceCheck name, the header artwork and the text of this site belong to RelianceCheck or its licensors. You may read, link to and quote short passages from the site with attribution. You may not reproduce the artwork or present the site’s content as your own.
5. Availability and changes
We may change or withdraw any page at any time. We aim to keep the site available but do not promise uninterrupted access.
6. Limitation
To the extent the law allows, RelianceCheck is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the information on this public site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa.
